594 TOUGH! THE PEACEMAKER

First the  USS Permit SSN-594 must help maintain Freedom of the Seas during a desperate time.  Then a generation later the ultra modern Virginia class submarine USS North Dakota SSN-784 will have to do it again, and avoid a war in the process.  Permit foreshadows  what North Dakota may very well have to conclude, with North Dakota's captain playing a major role in both instances...for him it feels like Deja Vu but will the 2nd time end like the first?
